My role

My main goal was to build a full-stack progressive web application: a responsive UI with CSS3 and optimized UX concepts using React.js. The collected data is stored in a MongoDB database, with Node.js as the runtime and Express.js for the server-side REST API.

Notable features

  • QR code generator giving customers instant access to the NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey.
  • Responsive design on web and mobile using CSS3.
  • QR code validation to avoid duplicate reviews and fake samples.
  • "Remember me" feature (associate's information) when generating a QR code, making it faster for sales associates.

Project challenges

  • Fast and responsive layout on mobile. 100% of the users are on mobile since the QR code is scanned with their camera.
  • Minimalist UI/UX for sales associates. The QR code generator should be simple and efficient.

My solutions

  • Deploying the application as a PWA (Progressive Web Application), giving users multiple advantages similar to a native application.
  • Letting employees save Easy NPS on their home screen and generate QR codes while offline.
